Albert Ross Hill was an American educator and ninth president of the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He was also Commissioner of the European Division of the American Red Cross. At 38-years old he was one of the youngest Presidents of the University of Missouri ever. During his time as president the world's first Journalism school, the Missouri School of Journalism was established. Francis Quadrangle is named in honor of Albert Hill. He was a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.
