Hugh Iorys Hughes (born Bangor; died 1977 [ [http://www.gwales.com/goto/review/cy/0863817572 www.gwales.com - 9780863817571, Conwy Mulberry Harbour ] ] ) was a civil engineer who designed the Mulberry harbours used in Operation Overlord.
