The WBVR club was formed with several members with the intent of reforming the station. The AM Transmitter was repaired, and a significant technology upgrade occurred adding webcasting capabilities. WBVR went online Fall of 2004 broadcasting once again on 630AM and online. By the spring of 2005, student membership had increased to over 30. Fall 2005 began the first full year of the station under full operation with a full staff.Currently, WBVR broadcasts only via webcasting on an MPEG-3 stream.
