Ivanteyevka

Ivanteyevka ( _ru. Иванте́евка) is a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on the Ucha River some 41 km northeast of Moscow. Population: 53,000 (2005 est.); 51,454 (2002 Census); 53,140 (1989 Census).

Ivanteyevka was founded in 1586 as a settlement of Vanteyevo ( _ru. Ванте́ево), which belonged to the Troitse-Sergiyeva Lavra. It was granted town status in 1938.
