ENSHAANLC is constructing Karachi Financial Towers (KFT). The two towers will be identical in terms of numbers of floors and height. The building will comprise 3 levels of basements, 2 levels of retail, 7 levels of podium parking and 33 levels of office spaces above the podium level. Gross Floor Area of KFT is more than 128,000 m² (1.4 million sq ft.). The net saleable area of each floor shall be in the range of 1,500 to 1,600 m² (16,100 to 17,300 sq ft.).

Where the sky bridge pierces through the twin towers recreational facilities like swimming pool and the garden terrace will be housed. The sky bridge shall be occupied by a businessmen's club.
