Muscular lacuna

The Muscular lacuna (Latin: lacuna musculorum) is the lateral compartment beneath the inguinal ligament, for the passage of the iliopsoas muscle and femoral nerve; it is separated by the iliopectineal arch from the vascular lacuna.
