Ryukoka

Ryukoka

"Ryūkōka" (kanji: ) is a musical genre which developed in the late 19th century in the Kansai region of Japan. It features a kind of rapping vocals. Some of the country's first major stars were ryukoka singers, including Takeharu Kunimoto.
