The Giáy are an ethnic group in Vietnam.

The Giay speak a Tai language. Most live in the Lào Cai, Hà Giang, Lai Châu, and Cao Bằng provinces of northern Vietnam. The population was 49,098 in 1999.

They serve dishes called "lạp siềng" and "lò nùng". They sing "vương" and "phướn". They celebrate the Roóng Poọc festival on the snake day of the first lunar month.
